We are a community with housing for persons 55+ years of age or older located in Delray Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida. The Community is situated inland about 3 miles from the Atlantic Ocean and 2 miles from "downtown" Delray Beach.

High Point Section 6 has 73 buildings and a clubhouse. Each one floor building has 2- one bedroom and 2- two bedroom units with a total of 292. The Community is one of seven sections, our section started construction in 1978.

High Point Section 6 has a beautiful pool, a large patio/ tiki area, BBQ area, pickleball, tennis, pétanque, and shuffleboard.

Our Clubhouse includes a kitchen, a small library, restrooms, a large community area, and the Administrative Office. We hold many functions for our residents including parties, dances, dinners, Bingo, charitable events, and many more.
